03/28/2005 Archived Entry: Year End Self-Evaluation

I'm working on the third year end evalution I've done this school year for my employer. Here is an alternate version:

1. What goals did you have for the 2004-05 academic year? Get some poetry published.
2. Were you able to meet those goals/what were your most significant accomplishments? Yes. The individual publications and forthcoming (hopefullly) chapbook publication.
3. What have been your biggest challenges? Finding the time to make it to all the poetry events.
4. What goals do you have for the 2005-06 academic year? More publications, get a feature or two. Keep writing and producing approximity 10 to 20 high-quality poems as well as 10 to 20 disposable, quick poems. added Keep slamming. Keep going. Do better -- better work, better performance.
5. How can your supervisor help you during the next academic year to be as effective as possible? Let me use the office equipment to send out submissions.

Frankly, if they keep giving me evaluations I will be completely inured to them and no long freaked out by them. Frankly, if my boss continues to refrain from discussing my so-called "personality" flaws (as a former boss once did), I will start getting bold in my evaluations. Cue to Office Space where the guy goes in and tells them he's bored, comes in late, and can't stand all the TPS reports he has to do.

you don't have any personality flaws.

That's not what Patsy thought. I mention the first name, so you don't think I mean Laura. Laura always gave me the highest of recommendations in her employee reviews.

weird - scott and/or troy did mine. i don't know where griff was at the time. i didn't think laura would have anything but the best things to say. love, g :-)

I don't think griff was high up enough in the pecking order to do them.
