Hello Pen
Hi, pen, this is Louise.
I need to write this poem
and could you schedule me
in for 1:00 pm or something
around lunchtime -- ok? Sure.
I'll talk to you later.
Hello, Shirt?
Hi. I need to look good
-- not like I'm trying, just you
know, trim. No, I know
you can't do that. No, I know
you don't have anything
to work with. Saturday? Can
you do Friday? I'll get
to the dry cleaners Thursday
night. Thanks, bye.
Hello, Diet Coke?
We have to talk. This
isn't working out. I
don't think we view this
relationship in the same
way. Open relationship?
Oh, ok, well, I'll think
about it. Thursday night?
I can't, I've got errands.
Thanks, bye.
Hello, Pen?
Sorry to bother you again.
Yeah, I need something
good soon. Do you have
any images? Shadows wet
like puddles? Um, that's very
inky. Ok. I'll talk to you later.
Diet Coke?
No, I can't make it Friday
either. What? I'll be out, um,
with my sister. There's this dentist
appointment. My mom's having knee
surgery. Have I seen Pepsi?
No, why? Ok. I'll talk to you later.
Hello, Paper?
I was talking to Pen and we thought
we could get together. Friday night?
Sure, I'd love too. I'll bring
some images, maybe a few cold
cans of soda pop -- or maybe something
else. What do you say to some clouds
roiling like lovers? Or maybe clouds
of graffiti blossoming like -- oh, ok
get off the cloud thing. I'll bring
something. Ok, bye.
Pen?
Call me back, ok?
Thanks bye.
